Robert Call was born in Ogden, Utah.
He attended Weber State College, followed by Utah State, where he received his MFA. He taught art in the Weber School District until 1992. Robert is past president of the Palette Club of Ogden and the Western Art Guild. He is also a member of the Utah Watercolor Society. Robert has received multiple best-of-show and purchase awards.
