Carole Evans

"My current work represents my love for the land".

Carole Evans received her BFA at the University of Utah, where she studied with professors such as Alvin Gittens, Doug Snow, and George Dibble. She continued her education with further study in San Francisco and with other nationally renowned artists.

The awards Carole's work has received have been numerous. Some of the recent include a first merit award for an Utah Women Artists show and an Honorarium Award for a traveling show about Utah artist, both in 2002. She has also been awarded a signature membership in the Utah Watercolor Society. other honors include first place awards in the Salt Lake County Fair shows (1992-93) and a UWS Jurors Choice Award (1998).
